Slow Food is a non-profit, member-supported organisation that was founded in 1989 to counteract fast food and fast life, the disappearance of local food traditions and people's dwindling interest in the food they eat, where it comes from, how it tastes and how our food choices affect the world. Find out more about this quiet revolution and how you can be part of it.

Are today's suburbs destined to become the slums of tomorrow? What can be done now, individually and collectively, to avoid the End of Suburbia? Speaker Neil Robinson explores the challenges of achieving a waste-free society.
